The Stittsville Food Bank relies entirely on the kind generosity of people, associations, schools and more for all donations.

Donations are always needed

Public drop offs of food are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and Tuesday from 6:30 – 7 PM. Food drop offs Sunday, Monday, Tuesday mornings from 9 am to 11:30 am or by appointment.

Financial Donations

You can donate money by sending a cheque to our post office box at the address below. Please include your name and return address. The Stittsville Food Bank is a Incorporated registered charitable organization, a tax receipt will be issued and returned by mail. As per the Canadian Revenue Agency, tax receipts will only be issued for donations of $15 or more.

Also, you may donate through Canada Helps; please note that Canada Helps keeps a percentage of your donation to cover their administration fees.

The Stittsville Food Bank provides assistance to those in need inthe community of Stittsville. We distribute non-perishable and perishable food items as well as a limited list of personal toiletries. The Stittsville Food Bank is run entirely by unpaid volunteers and has been in operation since 1992.
